Together with a craft company, Cap3 developed the software specifically for the industry-specific requirements of fitters and companies. With the Cap3 "Protocol System" you can easily and paperlessly record the maintenance process on a wide variety of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation systems. The appropriate protocol can be edited on site using this app and sent back to the administration software (included in the license package) in the office.When the order is created in the management software, the systems to be maintained are specified and assigned to a fitter. He then receives his individual orders. The fitter can select the appropriate system with the associated protocol on site. If the logging takes place at a location without an internet connection, this is not a problem. The built-in offline use temporarily stores the completed log until there is an internet connection again.The protocol process includes a protocol defined by you for the system to be maintained, which you can put together yourself and with complete flexibility. System statuses can be defined for logging purposes, notes can be recorded and additional photos can be taken.
